Over 80 years ago, my grandfather owned a service garage and automobile sales business in Washington D.C. He repaired vehicles for members of congress and sold Rickenbacker cars. Bill France Sr. was one of his best friends, many years before he dreamed about NASCAR.
My grandfather sold cars, parts and service. Today's dealers do the same thing, only with more knowledge and better tools. It is critical during these economic conditions, not to make the wrong decisions on what products and services you need to invest in.
At Monday Enterprises, we don't sell books, CD's or any template messages about how to run a dealership or what each job title is responsible for. We know that every dealership is different. Like the people who own and manage them, they have their own personalities.
